Mark Wilson is a unique and talented singer-songwriter from Brantford, Ontario, with over 30 years of professional experience captivating audiences with his soulful voice and rootsy guitar style.After a spinal injury at the age of 18 left him unable to use his legs, Mark turned to music as his chosen form of expression. While studying at Carleton University, he honed his powerful vocal presence and distinctive guitar sound, laying the foundation for a career filled with resilience and creativity.In the late ’90s and 2000s, Mark and his band recorded two full-length original albums and toured extensively across Canada, building a loyal following. They’ve also performed at countless venues and events across Southern Ontario, becoming a staple of the local music scene.Mark is the founder of the beloved Come Together Music Festival, a unique bi-annual event that started in 1999.Whether performing an intimate acoustic set at a corner pub or rocking a festival stage, Mark Wilson and The Way It Is never fail to inspire and entertain.
